Additionally, the intake form must be submitted concurrently with your booking request. As a precautionary measure to verify identity and prevent fraud, we also require a government-issued ID. Non-compliance with salon policies will lead to the denial of appointment requests. Once denied, authorization hold is then released, and the funds become available again for the cardholder to use. It's important to note that the duration of these holds can vary depending on the policies of the card issuer and the type of transaction. Generally, authorization holds for credit card transactions can last a few days, while holds for debit card transactions may be resolved more quickly. Under federal law, we retain the right to decline service. Please ensure that you do not have any important commitments scheduled around your appointment as our services may require additional time. We are not a traditional salon, and detailed work takes time. Please note that we are currently not accepting cash payments. Only debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted. •Deposits Deposits for appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you wish to change your appointment day or time, you get “1” reschedule with a deposit transfer within 5 days of previous appointment time/date. Any additional rescheduling will result in a new deposit to be charged. •Appointment Change/Cancellation Please note that our business hours are displayed below. Cancellation/Rescheduling should be made through the website using your confirmation email/text. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, please kindly text the business number. By booking, you have agreed to the terms that the remaining balance will be charged. If you do not receive an immediate response, it may be because you contacted us outside of our business hours. Rest assured, we will respond on the next business day during our regular operating hours. •Extra Guest/Minors For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 16 during your appointment. Additionally, extra guests are not allowed during your service. •21 & Over Please be aware that no children or minors are allowed to book appointments. Only individuals who are 21 years old and above are eligible to book. •Late Policy We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays that are beyond your control. However, it is crucial to allocate an additional 15 minutes for your commute to account for any unexpected incidents or traffic congestion. In the event that you foresee being late beyond the scheduled time and grace period (15 mins), we kindly request that you communicate via text message (770.765.2614) as phone calls are not permitted. Failure to arrive within your 15 minutes grace period, reserves Mazère Beauté the right to the cancellation of your appointment, classifying you as a no-show and incurring a 100% no-show fee charged to the card on file. If a delayed arrival can be accommodated, please note that an additional $40 fee will be applied to your service. Should we observe a pattern of repeated lateness to your appointments, we will regrettably need to discontinue providing nail care services to you.
